We are a family run business that began with a passion for smoking meat and perfecting our techniques and flavours, which we continue to do. From there we grew our passion and ideas into a food truck and catering business. We also are a competitive BBQ team, competing in the KCBS Master series BBQ competitions as well as other major competitions around the world!

We love bringing our passion for making delicious low ‘n’ slow BBQ to you, and seeing the smiles and enjoyment on peoples faces as they eat our food.
